The G-Woman Summit™ is a premier two-day global event held together with the G-Woman Awards™ (Day 3) uniting the most Gifted, Genius, and Gamechanging women, along with allies. It is a platform for influential leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, innovators, and changemakers to engage in discussions about the pivotal roles women play in shaping the future across various fields including media, technology, business, governance, and culture.

Your standard ticket includes access to all main programming March 4-6, the welcome reception cocktail on March 3, gift bag, conference meals (brunches and tea-breaks), in person networking and award gala dinner. You'll also get access to the G-Woman Collective Champion Tier ($250 value) which includes one year membership and all champion benefits including access to premium channels and more.

Deluxe tickets include everything in standard plus VIP reserved seating at the front of the room for Summit Day 1 and 2, VIP table placement for Day 3, an upgraded custom VIP gift bag!, and Post Event, G-Woman Sip and Sound on Day 4 (March 7) which includes the Sound Bath Wellness Experience and High Tea at Terrace on the Green.

Yes. You’ll be able to note dietary preferences a few weeks before your arrival, and we’ll make sure it is well taken care of.

This is our inaugural summit, so we’re capping the Waterford Ballroom at 200 people to keep the experience exceptional and impactful. As this is our first year, the space will be intentional, curated, and highly exclusive.

Yes, this is a hybrid event. While the main experience is in-person and the transformation happens in the room, and in the energy of being seen, present and surrounded by other Gifted, Genius, Gamechanging women, we also understand the space is limited so we have extended a virtual experience to those who can not travel to join us in person.

Yes! Our venue, Turf Valley Resort has hotel accommodation. We have a special discount room block for attendees. We have made it easy for you to book, using the code "GWOMAN".

In most cases, yes. Tickets to summits, conferences and professional development events are often tax deductible as a business expense. But we recommend checking with your accountant to be sure based on your specific situation.

Definitely. You'll get access to an exclusive "Future Makers Circle", a community space within the G-Woman Collective hub months before the event, so you can start meeting other attendees and speakers, and building connections before you even arrive at Turf Valley Resort. Plus there will be a virtual networking mixer before we get together in March, so you’ll already know people in advance.

Yes. Speaker applications are now open. We'll review all applications and reach out if you align with the vision we are curating for this first year.

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment. Tickets are valid only for the event, attendance format and ticket category stated at the time of purchase.

Tickets may not be resold commercially or used for unauthorized promotions, competitions or giveaways without prior written permission from G-Woman Media.

REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to G-Woman Media. Unless otherwise stated for a specific ticket category:

• 90 days or more before the Event: Eligible for a refund of the ticket price, less payment-processing fees and a 15% administrative fee.
  
• 30–89 days before the Event: Eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price, excluding payment-processing fees.
  
• Less than 30 days before the Event: Tickets are non-refundable. Failure to attend the Event (“no-show”) does not qualify for a refund. Any applicable payment-processing, platform or transaction fees are non-refundable.

TICKET TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge up to 7 days before the Event, subject to approval and any registration requirements.

Tickets may not be transferred after the applicable deadline without written authorization from G-Woman Media.

VIRTUAL TICKETS

Virtual-access tickets are non-refundable once livestream credentials and digital event access has been provided to the purchaser via crowdcast.

Virtual attendees are responsible for ensuring they have a compatible device and reliable internet connection. G-Woman Media cannot provide refunds for interruptions caused by an attendee's internet service, equipment, software, device or local technical environment.

If a significant technical issue originating from the Event's official broadcast platform prevents access to a substantial portion of the virtual program, G-Woman Media may, at its discretion, provide alternative access, including a recording or replay where available.
